KidsKit4Less TERMS & CONDITIONS
It is essential that stallholders and shoppers read the terms and conditions before attending the market.
Stall hire
The cost of £19 to hire the stall shall include an extensive marketing campaign, a 1.8m x 0.7m table, table covering, space for a 1m clothes rail, a 1.8m space for small to medium items in front of the stall (but protruding no more than 50cms) and space in the Large Items Arena for x4 items (a full travel system=x2 large items). Once items are sold and removed from the Large Items Arena sellers may replenish.
Market cancellation & refunds
In the event that a KidsKit4Less market is cancelled, stallholders will receive a 100% refund of stall hire paid
Stallholder cancellation & refunds
If stallholders are unable to attend the market and inform us by 9am on the Monday prior to the market date, we will offer a 100% refund of the stall hire paid.
Stall holders can sell
Quality, nearly new maternity, baby and childrens items and new items that were received as gifts or bought but unused. Car seats, travel systems and cycle helmets can be sold but must be undamaged. We recommend that shoppers are absolutely certain that they are happy with the item before any money changes hands. Always check with the seller that these items have not been involved in any accidents as this could result in hidden damage.
Stallholders cannot sell
Anything that is in poor condition, broken, incomplete, torn, stained or excessively worn. Items in such condition will be asked to be removed. Any homemade craft items. Anything that isn’t made specifically for babies and children.
Business retailers
No business retailers will be permitted.
Security
Stallholders are responsible for their own security and money. KidsKit4Less cannot be held responsible for theft, loss or damage to items.
Safety
Stallholders are responsible for setting up their stall in a safe and secure manner to avoid accidents. If the organisers deem a stall to be unsafe eg items piled up or blocking walkways, the stallholder will be asked to remove such items. Whilst children are welcome to attend markets, we recommend that you do not bring your children to the setting up and taking down of stalls due to people moving and carrying large items/boxes which could be hazardous. Please ensure entrances, exits and fire exits are not blocked.
Decoration of the venue
Stallholders may be held financially responsible for any damage they cause to the market venue. Please do not affix anything to walls, doors, floors or curtains or any other part of the venue.
Leaving the market
Please clear your stall within 1 hour of the close of the market and take all your rubbish with you.
Other
- KidsKit4Less accepts no responsibility for any transaction entered into in the market venue between a seller and a buyer.
- KidsKit4Less accepts no liability for the loss or damage of any kind suffered by any person who enters the market venue and all persons who enter the market venue do so at their own risk.
- KidsKit4Less reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
